Fun Concept
These Ice Balls are a fun way to add that 'special' touch to a summer beverage.
Filling them was a simple process. But my first challenge was finding something flat to balance them on in the freezer since they have three little feet that make it awkward to place them on standard freezer racks.
The second challenge I had with them was once they were frozen it was difficult to open them to extract the ice ball. My wonderful Hubby helped me with this task and successfully broke one of the holders at the hinge rendering it useless. So, I would suggest extreme care be taken when attempting this feat.
All in all, the finished Ice Balls will add long lasting chill-power to your beverage of choice.
