I used the Stirr to make oatmeal. The oatmeal came out perfect! I didn't have to keep stirring the oatmeal to prevent scorching. The Stirr covers the bottom of a saucepan and has three speeds. I plan to use the Stirr to make gravy and rice pudding as well.

Why didn't someone think of this before? Last night I cooked a thick stew which usually sticks to the bottom of the pan in a heartbeat. I stuck this little gadget in the pot, and finished the rest of the meal without a glance at the stew. Perfect!

Stirr Stirs Great
It works just as described and did a wonderful job with milk-based sauce. It would be nice if it was taller so it could be used in a greater volume of sauce.
