Very handy
I had one for years and used it a lot. Was a favorite way to dry clothes quickly and cheaply in the house. Now I have one again. :-)

Drying Delicates Simply!
Hung over tub, it retracts and isn't even noticed. Need it, just pull it out -- evenly so back and front lines are same length -- and hook onto opposite wall where you mounted the hooks. Twist knob on side to tighten lines and ha.g up your delicates, towels from the pool, sweaters. Holds a nice amount. 3 beach towels plus.

One of the best purchases I have made
A great investment; I have saved a lot of money on my electric bills !
I purchased one for indoors and then one for outdoors. I do not need to use the retractable feature, so I cannot comment on that. The lines are great; they hold up outdoors very well in both hot summers and cold winters in Ohio. I have used the outdoor one for more than two years.

Space saving!
I needed a clothesline at times and the rest of the time I didn't want it in the way.
