Most fun exercise
I first met this most-fun-exerciser at my physical therapist's. It was the first time I've ever fallen in love with anything connected with exercise, and when I found it in your catalog, it was a must buy. Rocking backing and forth and balancing on the ab core cushion gives me the same freedom of motion I felt on the playground (long ago) but when I stop I can feel the permanent good it's doing me.

check the surface
The Ab Core cushion helps not only with strengthening some core muscles, but is also a helpful tool to use to loosen up a tight lower back or hips. (To loosen muscles, sit on the cushion and shift the weight of the pelvis in slow, steady circles, or front and back.)
However, we bought one for our piano accompaniest to use while playing and the little "knobs" or nubs on the bottom dented the vinyl of the piano bench, so be careful what surface you use it on.

So Far So Good
I've used this cushion for three weeks now, and find that it allows me to sit more comfortably at my computer.I'm not sure it works my abs yet, but looking forward to the results.

It might work
I noticed my stomach muscles seem to be a little sore. I think it might work, but it too soon to really tell.
